Holi Special Dryfruit Gujiya Recipe | Gujiya Recipe |

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour (Maida)
  • 10 kaju/ Cashew
  • 10 Badam/ Almons
  • 10 Pista
  • 10 walnut/ Akhrot
  • 1 cup suji/ semolina
  • 5 spoon sugar
  • oil
  • water
  • Ghee
  • Dry Coconut chopped
  • Mawa/ Milk powder

Method

  1. We take 2 cups maida in bowl and add some ghee and water make soft dough. Leave it for 15 minutes make stuffing for gujiya
  2. Stuffing making we heat 1 spoon ghee in kadhai and we add suji 1 cup in kadhai and saute it for 5 minutes . The we add badam, kaju, coconut chopped, akhrot and any other dryfruits you like it. Then we add sugar 4-5 spoon , Mawa or Milk powder Saute it for 5 minutes stuffing is ready
  3. Stuffing is ready now we make small dough for making gujiya , make round shape and put it into Gujiya mold as shown in video. An d add 1 spoon stuffing in it. Make all gujiya like that.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai and fry this gujiya in slow flame. This is done one side turn side and fry it till light golden . Dryfruit Gujiya is ready to serve.
