Sindhi Egg Bhurji / Anda Bhurji Recipe Rasoi.me

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomotoes
  • 2 chopped green Chilles
  • 2 chopped green Chilles
  • 2 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 2 tsp meet masala/ sabji masala/ gara masala
  • 2 tsp red chilies
  • 2 tsp trurmeic powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 spoon oil
  • Coriander leafs
  • Salt accoridng to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in kadhai add chopped onion and green chilies and saute it for 5 minutes untill it becomes pink then add tomato and red chilies , salt, coriander powder turmeric powder and mix it well .GRavy is ready for egg bhurji
  2. Then we add 4 eggs york in kadhai and saute in one direction it become fluffy in gravy in 5 minutes. Leave it in kadhai for 5 minutes. Add garam masala or kitchen king masala you have at home. Mix it properly
  3. In 5 minutes this anda bhurji is ready to serve. Its leaving oil in sides then its done properly.
  4. Garnish the Egg bhurji with green coriander leafs. Serve as a snack or with butter rot or pulav.
