Instant Khaman Recipe

Gujarat most favorite dish Khaman you can make it at home. Khaman is very easy to make at home. In this video recipe i describe how to make khaman. Khaman is very tasty dish mostly served as snacks and breakfast. Try this easy recipe at home and enjoy homemade food at home. My Recipe

  • 1 Cups Rawa
  • 1 Cups Besan
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp Raai
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon oil
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp taatri , 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt or 1 eno pouch
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • 5- 6 curry leafs


  1. We use Khaman stand .Add 1 glass water. to steam khaman.
  2. We take 1 bowl add 1 cup besan, 1 cup suji ,half cup water and add 1 tsp tatri , 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt mix it well for 5 minutes with spoon or hands and make it batter as shown in video.
  3. khaman batter is ready then i put this batter in khaman plate. Greece the oil on plate and put this plate on stand and cover it properly as i show you in video
  4. Steam for 15 minutes and khaman is ready now we check with knife if its done knife comes out very clean it means khaman is ready .
  5. Khaman is ready now we do tadka on khaman . Heat oil in kadhai . use green chilies 2 chopped, curry leafs and Rai ,jeera and tadka is ready to puton it.
  6. Khaman is ready to serve with tomato sauce or coriander chutney. Enjoy homecooked food at home. Do subscribe to my channel for more easy recipes.
