Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled moong
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Ghee/ Butter
  • 2 Burger bun/ Pav

Method

  1. Soak 1 cup moong in water for 1 hour. Then boil them with some salt and turmeric powder till they are soft.
  2. In a bowl add boiled moong, onion, tomato, green chilly and mix well.
  3. Take a burger bun and cut it from middle. Spread tomato ketchup and then add the moong mixture.
  4. In a grill pan add ghee/ butter, put the bun and cook on low flame.
  5. Garnish with cheese and serve hot. your healthy moong pav is ready.
