Ingredients

  • 500 gram Palak / Spinach chopped
  • 1 bowl Chana Dal
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • 2 Green Chilles chopped
  • 5 Garlic chopped
  • Red chillies 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 spoon/ According to taste
  • Water 1 glass
  • Oil 1 table spoon
  • 1 spoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Heat 1 table spoon oil in Pressure cooker. Add Chopped onion , garlic and green chilles saute it properly for 5 minutes become dark pink
  2. Add Chopped tomoatoes add all spices 2 tsp red chilles , 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp Turmeric powder and saute it properly .
  3. Gravy is ready then add Palak chopped and add chana dal again add palak leafs. Add 1 glass water in pressure cooker to boil chana dal properly.
  4. All ingredients put then lock the pressure cooker and take 5 whistle and cook it for 15 minutes on slow flame in cooker.
  5. When pressure out open it and mesh it with hand blinder slowly. Looks mereged and heat it for 10 minutes . Add 1 spoon lemon juice to make it tasty. Take this Palak Vegetable in bowl
  6. Lastly if you like add little tadka over it ad some oil in kadhai and 2 garlic small chopped and 1 tsp red chilles. Put this Tadka to Palak Dish.
