Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped Green Chilles
  • 100 gm chopped Palak/Spinach
  • 1 cup gram flour/ Besan
  • oil
  • water
  • 2 tsp Red chilles powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 100 gm paneer

Method

  1. We make batter for Palak Chilla . Take big size bowl add 2 cup plain flour, 1 cup gram flour, palak, salt, red chillies powder, green chillies chopped,onion chopped and turmeric powder and add 1 cup water and mix it wit spoon or hands as your comfortable.
  2. We make thick paste to spread easily on tawa this batter as shown in video.
  3. Heat Tawa greece oil and take big spoon batter and spread it on tawa. Apply some oil also all sides of Chilla. Cover it with plate for 2- 3 minute.
  4. After 2 minutes check it and change the side of palak chilla. We add paneer after its completely done both side.
  5. Grated the Paneer and and this Palak Chilla is done both sides in 5- 10 minutes apply some oil both sides on tawa .
  6. Palak Chilla is ready take it into plate and add the grated paneer on it. and fold it and again sprinkle some paneer and serv it with tomato sauce
