My Recipe

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
  • 1 Cup - Curd
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 gm paneer
  • 2 spoon Ghee
  • oil
  • butter
  • Red chilles chopped 2
  • Coriander leafs
  • Red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • kitchen king masala or Garam masala

Recipe in English and Hindi

  1. Use your hand(left hand) to pour warm water to the flour and knead with the right hand. Do not pour too much water at once, mix flour properly.Take one big size bowl add Maida or plain flour , Salt, curd and oil or ghee what you like. Make tight Dough and leave it for 15 minutes
  2. For Filling- heat the ghee in a pan and fry the jeera and green chillies pour spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and kitchen king masala. Mix it well than Add crushed paneer. Filling is Ready
  3. After 15 minutes take the dough and greece ghee or butter whatever you like. leave it for 15 minutes.Press the dough and turn it over several times with your right hand(do not knead a very hard and thin dough).
  4. You can also apply some oil on your hand then knead the dough to make it smooth. Take dough and roll it into a ball with your hands.The dough is ready to prepare Chapati fill1 spoon filling and roll it again slowly.
  5. Place Tawa on the gas rolled Chapati on heated Tawa. When its lower layer is slightly cooked and the upper layer becomes a bit dark in colour, change sides. Cook the other side till brown spots appear. Kulcha is Ready to Eat.
