Sindhi Majoon Mithai Recipe is a winter special sweet. This is very healthy to eat in winters. It is very tasty. You can also prepare this on the occasion of Diwali. This is the favorite sweet of Sindhi and also it is very nutritious.

Sindhi Majoon Winter Sweet Recipe

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 200 gm khoya
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp cashew nuts
  • 4 tsp almonds
  • 4 tsp pistachious
  • 4 tsp walnut
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 4 tsp coconut powder

Sindhi Majoon Winter Sweet Recipe

  1. In a kadhai, add some ghee and roast the wheat flour for 2 minutes. Take it out in a plate.
  2. In a kadhai add 200 gm khoya and half cup milk and mix till it becomes smooth paste. Take it out on a bowl.
  3. In a kadhai add 1 cup ghee and roasted wheat flour. Mix till color changes to brown. Then add khoya and mix well.
  4. Add 4 tsp sugar and mix till sugar melts then add dryfruit and coconut powder.
  5. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the mixture and flatten it. Cut it into desired pieces and serve when it cools down.
