Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Rice
  • 2 tsp Green Garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 10-15 Cumin seeds
  • 2 glass water
  • 2 tsp Red chilles powder
  • 2 tsp salt/ According to taste
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 Potatoes small pices
  • Peas/ Matar 30 seeds

Method

  1. STEP 1- Start this recipe need 1 bowl rice soaked in water around 25- 30 minutes wash it properly. Heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds, green chilies and green garlic saute it 2 minutes. Add red chilies powder 2 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp and salt. Mix it properly.
  2. STEP 2- Now we add tomatoes 2 chopped saute it. Add peas, potatoes and saute it for 2 minutes with all spices.
  3. STEP 3- When all vegetables saute properly add Rice which we soaked for 30 minutes and mix it well and Add 2 Glass water and boil this water for 10 minutes. Than 5 whistle in pressure cooker than switch off the Gas. Wait for 10 minutes to open up the pressure cooker. Hot and Tasty vegetable Masala Sindhi khichdi is ready to eat. You can Serve with curd or Masala Papad.Instant Easy recipe must try at home.
