Daliya is traditional Indian food and I  make it some vegetable twist in it. I use Split Green gram(Moong hari dal) all vegetables it’s healthy and full of nutrition.   • 1 bowl Broken Wheat/ Daliya
  • 1 bowl Split Green gram /Moong hari Dal
  • 8- 10 pieces Garlic
  • 2 onion chopped Onion
  • 1 bowl chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 bowl chopped Spinach
  • 2 carrot small cutting carrot
  • 1 table spoon Ghee
  • 2 glass water
  • 2 tsp Red chilles powder
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp salt


  1. STEP 1- Heat Ghee in a Pressure cooker. Add Garlic chopped & onion chopped saute for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  2. STEP 2- Add tomatoes and Red chilli powder, Salt, turmeric powder and saute for 3 minutes. Add chopped carrot and saute it.
  3. STEP 3- All vegetable saute Than pour broken wheat(Daliya) and Split Green gram( Moong hari dal) and saute it in all vegetables and add 2 glass water take 5 whistles in a pressure cooker and after then put the pressure cookers 10 minutes on slow flame. close the Gas
  4. STEP - 4 It will take 10 minutes to open pressure cooker. when we open the pressure cooker Hot Broken wheat vegetable dish/ Vegetable Daliya is ready to serve. You can serve with Curd . Its Healthy tasty broken wheat vegetable dish/ Vegetable Daliya Recipe.
