Coriander chutney Recipe

Coriander chutney recipe is quite popular in India.Coriander Chutney .we sindhi made in different style called dhana chutney.This chutney made using coriander leaves. Coriander chutney is a popular chutney used in most Southern Indian dishes like idli, medu vada, vada , vadapav, pakora and dosa. Coriander chutney is tasty and healthy with all snacks served chutney.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Coriander leaves washed and chopped
  • roasted chana
  • green chilies 1
  • onion 1 chopped
  • lemon juice 1 spoon
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green garlic or 3- 4 clove garlic

Method

  1. We Take mixer grinder jar add coriander leafs ,roasted chana , green chilies, garlic, and onions , 1 tsp salt and 1 spoon lemon juice. Grind it for 2 minutes.
  2. Green Chutney/ coriander Chutney is ready to serve with pakora, vada pav, panipuri , cutlets or any snacks. Do subscribe Rasoi.me channel.
