Keri ki launji Recipe is very tasty. Raw mangoes Chutney or we know with various names these raw mangoes recipe. Raw mangoes are very tasty and this is good in summer when sunstrokes too much . In summer tempreture is very high around 50 degree than serve this keri chutney or keri launji with lunch or dinner is very healthy and make in jaggery is Healthy too. My Recipe

Cook Time: 30 mins
Yields: 18

Ingredients

  • 500 Gm Kachi keri / Green Raw mangoes
  • 250 gram sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 100 geam jaggery
  • 1 tsp red chilly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds

Method

  1. Take 500 gm Raw mangoes wash it and cut it remove centre seed.
  2. As shown in video boiled raw mango slices in water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in pan or Kadhai add cumin seeds, Fennel seeds and then add 250 gram sugar and 100 gram jaggery and also add 1 cup water.
  4. In 5 minutes sugar and jaggery melt we are not making chashni just melt it and add Raw mango (keri) slices and salt and red chilly. Now cook it for 10 to 15 minutes. Keri Launji is ready to serve.
