My Recipe

  • 2 Cups Moon Dal Soaked in hot water for 2 hours
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 gm paneer
  • Coriander leafs
  • Water 1 cup
  • oil 2 spoon
  • 1 tsp red chilly


  1. Making Moong Dal Childa or Cheela first you can soak Moong dal in hot water for 2 hours. Then wash it 4- 5 times . Take Mixer grinder add Soaked Moong Dal, 2 chopped green chilly, Salt, water and make a fine paste as shwon in video.
  2. Moong Dal cheela Batter is ready add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Red chilly and mix it well.
  3. Heat Tawa and apply 1 spoon oil and add 1 big size spoon batter of moong dal cheela. Make it round shape of Moong dal cheela. cook both sides .
  4. Moong Dal cheela is cooked both sides then take some grated paneer and coriander leafs for garnish and serve with coriander chutney and Tomato sauce
