My Recipe

Cook Time: 5 mins
serve: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 coconut slices
  • mustard seeds/ Raai
  • curry leafs
  • Green chilly 2
  • 2 spoon water
  • Garlic 3- 4
  • curd 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp

Method

  1. Take fresh nariyal cut slices and wash it. Use mixer grinder to grind the coconut with green chilly, 4 garlic, 2 green chilly and 2 spoon water to make fine texture of coconut chutney.
  2. After grind all ingredients take 1 bowl and put all chutney better in bowl
  3. Now heat the oil in pan add Raai/ Mustard seeds and curry leafs in pan cook fr 2 minutes and put the tadka on coconut chutney. Coconut chutney is ready to serve with Dosa , Idli, Appe etc.
