Caramel Makhana Recipe

My Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Organic Makhana or 200 gm Makhana
  • 100 Gm Jaggery
  • 2 spoon Ghee

Method

  1. Heat 1 spoon ghee in Kadhai and Roast the Makhana's until it becomes crunchy as shown in video . As you can Roast it on slow flame.
  2. Take all Makhana's in plate and add jaggery in Kadhai and 1 spoon Ghee . Jaggery melt caramel is ready in 2 minutes. Add Makhana's in Jaggery Caramelise as shown in video.
  3. Caramelised Makhana is Ready then take it all this in plate after 10 - 15 minutes its ready to eat and store in air tight jar. do watch all recipes Rasoi.me Youtube channel.
