Drumstick Vegetable Recipe /Singhi ki sabji Recipe

  • Drumstick 4 cut into small size as shown in video
  • Tomatoes 4 paste
  • oil 2 TSP
  • Chilly powder 1 TSP
  • Turmeric powder 1 TSP
  • Coriander powder 2 TSP
  • Coriander Fresh leafs 4- 5


  1. STEP 1- Heat oil in a pan. Take all drumsticks which we boiled 10 minutes. Fry these drumsticks for 5 minutes and take it all in the plate as shown in the video. Heat oil in pan pour Cumin seeds and Green chillies saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
  2. STEP 2- Add salt, Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, tomatoes paste and half cup water mix it well and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. STEP 3- Add boiled Drumsticks / singhi saute in gravy for 5 minutes on slow flame cook as shown in the video. Check it as its soaked all gravy Its having some water than Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot Drum Stick Vegetable / Singhi ki sabzi with Butter Roti.
