Instant Shahi Paneer Recipe Restaurant Style Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 onlion paste
• 2 tomatoes paste
• 1 capsicum chopped
• 1 table spoon oil
• 200 gm paneer wash and dip in hot water for 5 minutes.
• butter 2 spoon
• Water half cup
• Cheese 50 gm
• Cream 2 spoon or half cup milk
• 2 tsp red chilly powder
• 2 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp salt according to taste

Method

1. Heat 1 table spoon oil in kadhai . Add onion paste and saute it till become dark pink. Add 2 tsp red chilies powder, salt according to taste ,2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix it. Then i add 2 tomatoes paste add half cup water in this gravy as shown in video.
2. We can grill capsicum slices in oven or you can saute in pan to add in gravy. Add these capsicum in onion tomatoes gravy.
3. Gravy is ready leave oil as shown in video then we add 2 spoon cream and half cup milk and saute it. Then i added paneer pieces and mix with gravy put it on slow flame for 5 minutes.
4. Shahi Paneer is ready to serve garnish with 2 tsp butter and cheese as i shown in video and serve with Roti and Nan .
