Lauki Raita Recipe | Dhoodi Raita Recipe

  • 1 200 gm Lauki Chopped
  • 200 ml Curd
  • Kishmish or Grapes
  • Chat Masala
  • Hot Water
  • Salt
  • Red chilles powder 1 tsp if you like use it.


  1. Heat water in pan add Chopped lauki in it and boil it for 3-5 minutes . Add some Cold water and remove all water press with hand as shown in video.
  2. Grind the curd and add Boiled chopped lauki in the curd. Mix it well. Add 1 tsp salt .Then Add coriander leafts grapes and sprinkle some red chillies and Chat masala.
  3. Lauki Raita is ready to serve. Make this easy lauki raita in summer season specially. It helps to control cholesterol good for health and very tasty Recipe
