Moong Sandwich

My Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slice of wheat bread or Multigrain bread
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup boiled moong
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • coriander leafs
  • red chillies powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • 4 tsp oil or butter

Method

  1. We take 1 big bowl add 1 cup boiled moong, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chilly, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chillies powder, 4- 5 coriander leafs and mix it well stuffing is ready. Add this stuffing to bread.
  2. Heat sandwich maker and put this moong stuffed bread and apply oil or butter in both sandwich maker and stuffed bread. 5- 7 minutes it will be ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
