Besan Gatte Ki Sabji Recipe

Serves: 4


  • 2 Cups Besan/ Gram Flour
  • 2 tomatoes paste
  • 1 onion paste
  • 3-4 Garlic paste
  • Oil 2 table spoon
  • Curd
  • Red Chilles powder 4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Green Corander
  • Garam Masala/ Kitchen King Masala
  • Water 3- 4 glass
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Green chilies.


  1. We take 2 cup gram flour in bowl add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chilies powder, oil and half cup water and make the dough as shown in video.
  2. This Dough we make Belan shape gatte as shown in Video. Boil This Gatte in hot water. Take a kadhai and boil in 2 glass water as shown in video.
  3. We boil Besan Gatte and leave for 5 10 minutes then cut the small slice / pieces as shown in video. Now we fry the besan gatte.
  4. Heat oil in Kadhai and Deep fry this Besan gatte in oil and take it back into plate. We prepare Gravy now for besan gatte curry.
  5. Heat oil in Kadhai add 1 onion paste and add chopped garlic and saute it become dark Pink. It takes 5 minutes. Then add spices Red chilies powder 2 tsp, Turmeric powder 1 tsp and salt , coriander powder and mix it well then add tomato green chilly paste saute it .
  6. Gravy is ready tomato and onion and then add 1 cup curd and cover it with plate for making gravy thick.
  7. Gravy is ready then we add besan gatte into gravy and saute it with gravy. Cover it with plate till besan Gatte merge with gravy.
  8. Besan Gatte is ready to serve garnish with coriander leafs. Watch the every step in video and subscribe the channel for more recipes .
