Lauki ka Muthia Recipe /लौकी की मुठिया /Dhoodi Na Muthiya Recipe Rasoi.me

Ingredients

  • 1 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
  • 1 Cups - Besan/ Gram Flour
  • 200 gm lauki/ Bottle Gourd
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 2-3 Tsp Red chillies powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Water
  • Coriander leafs
  • Rai and Jeera
  • Curry leafs

Method

  1. We take one big size bowl and add 1 cup plain flour , 1 cup besan and kaddukas lauki in this bowl and remove the center seeds part . add salt 1 tsp, 2 tsp red chilies powder,2 tsp oil, and make the tight dough .
  2. Dough is Ready apply some oil on it and leave for 2-3 minutes. Make the Belan shape as shown in video from Dough.
  3. Lauki Muthiya Dough is Ready to steam. Heat the 2 glass Water in 1 big size Bowl(Tapela) and put the hole plate and greece it with oil. Put all the Lauki Muthiya and Steam it for 15-20 minutes Cover it with plate steam not go out. As Shown in video.
  4. We check after 10 minutes gatte is steam one side then change the side. Cover it again for 10 minutes.
  5. When Lauki Muthiya is Steamed both side take it all in plate and slice with knife as shown in video. Now we pepare for fry Lauki Muthiya
  6. Heat the oil in kadhai and add the Green chillies, Curry leafs , Rai, jeera and saute it for 2 minutes then add sliced lauki Muthiya and red chilies powder and saute it.
  7. Its ready in 5 minutes then we add 1 spoon lemon juice for make it tasty and garnish with coriander leafs.
