Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 gm / 1 bowl sabudana soaked for 2 hours
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • curry leafs 5- 6
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Green chilly 2 chopped
  • Penauts/ Moongfali roasted 1 cup. Grind it in mixer grinder make thick powder
  • Lemon juice 2 - 3 drops
  • Salt Red salt (Sendha namak)
  • oil 2 table spoon

Method

  1. Heat oil in kadhai add cumin seeds, chpped green chillies and curry leafs saute it for 2 minutes. Then add boiled potatoes slices
  2. Then we add Sabudana which you can soaked in water for 2 hours and sabudana become soft then make sabudana khichdi. Then we add red salt and peanuts roasted powder to make tasty sabudana khichdi.
  3. Cover it for 2- 3 minutes with lead and Sabudana khicdi ready then add 2- 3 drops of lemon juice. Serve sabudana khicdi / Sago khicdi in Navratri or upvas. Do subscribe my channel today.
