Kadhai Palak Sindhi Style Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Bunch Palak
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chilly
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cheese for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Soak Palak for half an hour in water. Wash properly and chop it.
  2. In a kadhai, take 2 tsp butter. Add onion and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder , red chilly powder , 1 tsp coriander powder. Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Add 1 chopped green chilly.
  4. Then add chopped spinach and mix well. Cooker for 10 minutes on high flame till all the water dries. Then, lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes. Cover with the lid.
  5. Garnish with cheese(optional)
