kadhi pakora|Pakode ki Kadi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups besan / Gram Flour
  • Butter milk 500 ml/ Curd 200 ml
  • oil
  • Rai and jeera 1 tsp
  • curry leafs
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Red chilies 2 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • baking soda/ Meetha soda 1 tsp

Method

  1. We Take kadhai add 1 big spoon besan in it and add butter milk and mix it properly there is no lums take of that. Start Gas and put it on that. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Add 2 chopped green chillies in Kadhi is boiled for 10 to 15 minutes saute it with spoon. Kadhi is getting ready we fry the pakora for kadhi.
  3. Add 1 cup besan, add 2 tsp red chilies powder, salt and meetha soda 1 tsp make thick paste and heat oil in kadhai . Add pakora batter with spoon.
  4. Fry the pakora and take it in plate.
  5. Kadhi is ready then we add pakora in it. Prepare Tadka in frying pan. Heat oil in Pan add Rai and jeera and curry leafs saute it for 2 minutes.
  6. Prepare Tadka in frying pan. Heat oil in Pan add Rai and jeera and curry leafs saute it for 2 minutes add 2 tsp red chilies and tadka is ready add it to pakora kadhi.
  7. Kadhi pakora is ready to serve with rice or butter roti
