Karele ki Chill recipe |Karela Chill Fried Recipe is one of my favorite crispy dish served as side vegetable with dal. We sindhis are always making various flavors in food . Karela Sounds kadva but if you make this karela chill fried as shown in video you love karela. I tried this first time i was 8 years old. Its mostly fried by my grandmother she is champion in cooking and as my mom learned and try to make me at least eatable food jokes a part. Love food enjoy this karela chill recipe as we sindhi made this with Dal or as side fried vegetable. My Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4- 5 Karela outer cover(Karele ka Chilke)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder 1 tsp
  • Oil
  • Red Chills powder

Method

  1. We take 4- 5 Karela Outer Chill and sprinkle 1spoon salt leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it 4- 5 times in water remove all salt.
  2. Heat oil in Pan add washed karela chill (Chilka ) In kadhai and fry it till light brown.
  3. Its Fried in 2- 3 minutes then we add little bit salt, 1 tsp amchur powder and 1 tsp red chilles powder. Karela Chill is ready to serve.
  4. Note- You want that store the karela chill then you can take 4- 5 Karela Outer Chill and sprinkle 1spoon salt leave it in sun rays. Its totally dry and store in container. When you like you can wash it and fry it.
