My Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 gm cabbage chopped
  • 4 potatoes
  • 100 Gm Peas
  • half ltr water to boil vegetable
  • salt
  • onion 2 chopped
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • 2 tomatoes paste
  • 3 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • Butter 50 gm
  • 3 tsp red chilles powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • lemon and chopped onion when serve pav bhaji

Method

  1. Wash all vegetable and Boil Cabbage, peas, potatoes and anyother vegetable you like.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai add chopped onion and garlic saute it till it becomes dark pink then we add 2 tsp red chilles powder, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala ans mix it. then we add tomatoes paste and gravy is ready in 5 minutes.
  3. Now we check all vegetables are boiled properly. Remove extra water in bowl.
  4. Add all boiled cabbage, peas and potatoes in gravy. And mesh it with spoon in gravy as shown in video.
  5. We have to cook on fast flame this all bhaji ingredients if bhaji is too thick add the boiled vegetable water in it. Cover it for 10- 15 minutes. When it leaves oil add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  6. Then we cook on fast flame for 2- 3 minutes . prepare for butter tadka.
  7. Then we cook on fast flame for 2- 3 minutes . prepare for butter tadka.
  8. Take all the bhaji in bowl sprinkle Red chillies powder and bhaji pav masala . Take a frying pan heat butter in pan add this butter on bhaji.
  9. Our Mumbai style bhaji pav is ready to serve with pav , chopped onion, lemon and green chutney. Make it at home and if any query comment or contact social@rasoi.me
