Segari Rajgiri flour Chilla, Rajgiri flour panckaes  or kangni ke aate ka chilla mostly in fasting like some different food. Its healthy and tasty very fast you can make it at home. My Recipe

  • Rajgiri Flour 2 cup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • jeera/ cumin seed 1 tsp


  1. we take 1 bowl add 2 chopped green chilly, salt, cumin seeds, 2 cup Rajgiri flour and water mix it well make batter for Rajgiri chilla.
  2. Heat nonstick tawa apply 1 tsp oil . pour the 1 table spoon batter (consistency of batter not too thick)on tawa to make chilla as shown in video.
  3. Chilla is cooked one side then change the side of Rajgiri chilla and its ready in 10 minutes. Serve with curd or directly.
