Instant Paneer Chilly Yummy Recipe

  • 200 gm paneer
  • 2 big size Onion small chopped
  • 2 Big Size Capsicum chopped
  • 3 tomatoes paste Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 4 tsp Tomoto Sauce
  • 2 Green Chilles chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Bowl All purpose Flour/ Maida
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Red chilles powder
  • 2 table Spoon oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder


  1. STEP 1- We make Paneer Chilli Recipe today first we wash paneer cut into slices and boil paneer slices leave for 5 minutes in hot water. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour / Maida 1 bowl and add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup milk and 1/2 half cup water mix it well this thin paste.
  2. STEP 2- All paneer Slice take and put into the maida batter which we made in step 1. Dip all pieces of paneer in batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry this paneer coated pieces. Fry all the coated Paneer pieces. When all pieces are fried put in to plate and prepare a gravy.
  3. STEP 3- Heat oil in a pan and put onion sliced and capsicum sliced and saute this for 5- 7 minutes. When this saute properly add Red chilli powder 2 Tsp, turmeric powder 1 Tsp, and 1 Tsp salt mix it well. Add 3 tomatoes paste and Add soya sauce 2 tsp and half cup water saute this paste for 3 minutes as shown in video.
  4. STEP 4- Gravy is ready than we add paneer coated slice in gravy and add tomato sauce 2 Tsp saute it for 3 minutes. Paneer Chilly is Ready to Serve in Home parties, occasions and Evening snacks too.
