Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Wheat Plain Flour
  • Methi Leafs
  • Salt
  • Water
  • oil 4 table spoon
  • Curd 1 cup

Method

  1. We take 1 bowl add 2 bowl plain wheat flour, methi leafs, 1 spoon oil, salt,, Curd 1 cup and water make the soft dough. Leave dough for 10- 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in Kadhai
  3. Take small dough and make round shape pudi with help of chakla belan

  5. Oil is heated then we fry the Methi pudi in it on medium flame. Its done one side in seconds change the side.
  6. Methi Pudi is ready to serve with Makhni Dal or you can serve with Garlic potentates or Sauce
