Instant Oats Dhokla Recipe

  • 1 bowl oats / Masala oats
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • 1 green chilles
  • 5-7 curry leafs
  • 2 tsp red chille powder
  • 1 spoon salt powder
  • 1 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon oil
  • half cup water
  • Dhokla Stand
  • Rai/ Jeera 1 tsp
  • Coriander leafs for garnish
  • Add 1 tsp baking powder
  • Add 1 spoon semolina/ suji


  1. First we need oats powder to make this recipe so take oats 1 bowl and grind it with 1 bowl curd. Take this batter in bowl.
  2. Batter is ready then we add 1 spoon semolina(suji) and half cup water in it and add 1 tsp baking soda. mix it well for 5 minutes.
  3. Batter is Ready then we heat the dhokla stand and greece the plate. Pour the batter in it and steam it for 15 minutes
  4. When Dhokla is steaming we prepare for waghar/ tadka cut the green chilles and wash curry leafs .
  5. When Dhokla is steamed take it out and put the plate in small water containing plate .
  6. Heat oil 1 spoon in kadhai and add jeera, rai , curry leafs and Green chilles. Vaghar/ tadka is ready
  7. Cut the Dhokla and sprinkle red chilles powder on it. Then Add the tadka on it. Oats dhokla is ready to eat.
  8. Oats dhokla is ready to eat sprinkle coriander leafs. Serve it with sauce or green chutney.
