मूंगफली के दानो की चटनी (Moongphali ki Chutney) Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup penauts/ Moongphali
  • 5- 6 garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • curd
  • oil
  • Rai

Method

  1. Heat Kadhai add Moongphali in it . Saute it for 5 minutes and leave it for 5 minutes. Rub it all moongphali to remove shell of moongphali.
  2. Get the all moongphali in mixer grinder and add the 6 garlic and green chilles and grind it
  3. Heat the oil in kadhai and add the Rai . Add the Moongphali and grinded green chillies and garlic paste saute it properly. Add The Curd and mix it switch off the gess.
  4. Moongphali Chutney is ready to serve.
