Ingredients

  • 100 gm makahana
  • 100 gm peanuts
  • curry leafs 5- 6
  • Ghee 1 spoon
  • salt 1 tsp
  • 1 green chilly chopped

Roasted Makahana Chevda Recipe

  1. Heat 1 spoon ghee in kadhai add peanuts to fry on slow flame and fry it well .
  2. Add green chilly chopped and curry leafs saute it for 2 minutes. Then add Makahana and salt i used puro salt if you have black salt or red salt or white you can use it.
  3. Saute it Makahana for at least 5 minutes. It becomes fluffy and do saute on slow flame . In 5 minutes Makahana become crunchy as shown in video. Turned off gas and keep in plate and after 30 minutes pack in air tight box. Roasted Makahana chevda is ready to serve and store too. do like share and subscribe to my channel.
