Sindhi Koki Recipe

  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
  • 2 Chopped onion
  • 2 chopped Green Chilles
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chilies powder
  • 2 tsp red chilies powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Coriander leafs if you like add this also


  1. Add the two cups plain flour in bowl add 2 chopped onion, 2 green chilies, salt 2 tsp, red chilies powder 2 tsp, 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix all spices and make the dough add half cup water 2 table spoon oil.
  2. Koki Dough is ready leave it for 5 minutes. Heat tawa greece oil on it.
  3. Take Koki Dough and make the small round shape. Fry it on tawa as shown in video.
  4. Koki is still half done we take back to this half fried koki and again make it big round shape with chakla belan.
  5. Fry this completely with oil and its done with both sides take in plate spread Ghee or butter .serve it with sauce and chutney
