Sindhi's Special Mung ka paratha Recipe

  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour make dough
  • half cup Mung boiled
  • 1 tsp red chillies
  • 1 spoon ghee or butter
  • 2 spoon oil
  • Coriander leafs
  • Green chilies 1 used in boil the mung


  1. 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour make dough for Paratha
  2. Take dough for making partha and make is small round shape with chakla belan
  3. Spread 1 tsp oil and red chilies powder then add mung stuffing and wrap this dough and again make this like round shape of chapati slowly.
  4. Now we can fry it on tawa greece half tsp oil and fry the mung stuffed paratha on tawa.
  5. Fry the paratha on medium flame. Greece oil both side. When its done put it on the plate spread some ghee or butter.
