Chilly Potatoes Recipe

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 20-25 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 5-6 potaotes cut in long shape slice
  • 1 onion cut in long shape slice
  • 1 Capsicum cut in long shape slice
  • 2 spoon honey
  • Butter or oil
  • water
  • Cornflour
  • Soya sauce
  • Green chillies
  • Red chillies 2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Origano 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • Tomotao sauce or tomoatoes

Method

  1. Heat oil in kadhai add 2 long sliced potatoes and fry this properly. Take all this in plate. Add honey and cornflour on this potatoes slice and mix it well. Still our dry gravy is ready.
  2. Heat butter in kadhai add 2 long sliced onion and capsicum and green chilies saute it properly for 5 minutes. Add 1 spoon tomatoes sauce and soya sauce and add salt 2 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, red chilies powder 2 tsp mix it well dry gravy is ready.
  3. Add the potatoes in gravy and saute it . leave this potatoes in gravy for 5 minutes and cover it with plate.
  4. Chilly potatoes are ready to eat. You can eat as snack or serve with chapati too.
