Ingredients

  • 5 medium sized boiled potatoes
  • peanusts 1 bowl
  • green chillies chopped
  • Coriander leafs
  • Peanut butter
  • Corn flour 2 spoon
  • bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp red chillies powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • salt
  • lemon juice 1 small spoon
  • Oil

Method

  1. Get 1 bowl add potatoes and mesh these potatoes. Add peanut butter, green chilies, coriander leafs, red chilies powder and turmeric powder.
  2. Add 2 spoon cornflour in it and lemon juice 1 spoon, Add bread crumbs and make it cutlet base.
  3. Now Take this cutlets base small quantity and put some peanuts inside it make roll shape and dip in bread crumbs. get ready all peanuts cutlets
  4. Heat the frying pan add 1 spoon oil to fry this Rolls/cutlets and turn it fastly it will be done in 2 minutes.
  5. Peanuts rolls are ready to serve with sauce and chutney. for garnish also put some peanuts in it as shown in video. Watch ,Like, share and comments for this instant easy recipe.
