Rice kheer Recipe

My Recipe

Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 1 letter milk
  • 1 cup mixed dry fruit ( Cashew, almonds, Raisins, Kesar, Coconut slices etc.)
  • Illaychi or Elaichi or Cardamom seeds
  • 5 spoon sugar

Method

  1. Heat The Milk in Pan for 15 minutes when its biled properly add 1 cup rice.
  2. Saute this for conitnuos 15 to 20 minutes untill rice is not soked and boiled in milk properly.
  3. Add Elaichi into this and dryfruirt also and saute it for 10 minutes this kheer
  4. Add sugar in last when rice is properly boiled with milk and saute it for 5 minutes .
  5. Rice Kheer Is ready to serve. Garnish Cashew , Almonds and kesar .
